Location: 5-9/F, CCOIC Building, 2 Huapichang Hutong, Xicheng District, Beijing

 

Tasks:

1. Learn arbitration procedures and practice case management skills under the guidance of case managers;

2. Study theoretical knowledge of arbitration, and assist in the work related to legal research, activity preparation, etc.;

3. Other assigned tasks.

 

Requirements:

1. The fourth year of undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in law from law schools of universities, with College English Test Band 4 or above; those who have passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Exam or have internship experience in other legal practice departments or with College English Test Band 6 or above are preferred;

2. Comply with the relevant management regulations of CIETAC, fulfil the obligation of confidentiality, follow the guidance by supervisors, be rigorous and meticulous, and have a sense of responsibility;

3. Strong communication, learning and practical capacities;

4. Report truthfully to the school, balance coursework with internship, and start the internship as soon as possible.

 

Duration:

Capable of working full-time for no less than three months with at least four days a week, subject to further adjustments after consultation with the supervisor.

 

Remuneration:

1. Remuneration of RMB 150-170 per day (before tax) to be disbursed according to attendance and performance;

2. Meals can be taken at noon in the canteen, enjoying allowance benefits;

3. Internship Certificate will be issued if completing the internship tasks in accordance with relevant regulations and in line with the requirements.
