On June 28, 2025, the fourth session of the "Advanced Practice Course for Arbitrators in Construction Cases"— hosted by the Permanent Forum of China Construction Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Forum")—was successfully held at the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.

This course consisted of four sessions in total. The first session was successfully held on March 22-23, 2025, at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). At the opening ceremony, Wang Chengjie, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of CIETAC, delivered a welcome speech. Gu Yan, Vice President of CIETAC Arbitration Court, and Lu Fei, Director of the Business Development Division, served as trainers during the program in their respective capacities as Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Forum.

The second and third sessions of the training program were successfully held in Shenzhen on April 19, 2025, and Shanghai on May 17, 2025, respectively. The fourth and final session took place in Guangzhou, where the closing ceremony was also held.

At the Guangzhou session, Vice President Gu Yan provided commentary on the mock trial conducted by outstanding participants and later presented awards to top performers during the closing ceremony.

In recognition of their contributions, CIETAC was honored with the "Best Partner Award", while Director Lu Fei received the "Outstanding Instructor Award".

The training session was attended by instructors from the Beijing Arbitration Commission, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai Arbitration Commission, Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, Harbin Arbitration Commission, Ningbo Arbitration Commission, Tianjin Arbitration Commission, Xi’an Arbitration Commission, and Shijiazhuang Arbitration Commission, along with 40 participants from across China, including lawyers, corporate legal counsel, quantity surveyors, and other legal professionals.
