Recently, Jiangsu Province’s Office of the Commission for Comprehensive Law-Based Governance under the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee announced the list of practical supervisors and training bases for the Jiangsu Collaborative Training of Foreign-Related Legal Talents. After a rigorous process of recommendations, review, and selection, CIETAC Jiangsu Arbitration Center was selected as one of these 30 training bases. Four CIETAC arbitrators—Deputy Secretary-General Tang Yinhong, Li Jian, Wang Yang, Chen Fayun—were also selected in the roster of 40 practical supervisors for the collaborative training program.
Since its establishment, CIETAC Jiangsu’s origin in the Jiangsu Province has spread its influence across the Yangtze River Delta. Leveraging CIETAC’s nearly 70 years of international arbitration expertise, CIETAC Jiangsu has accumulated extensive, useful experience in foreign-related dispute resolutions. Its designation as a training base demonstrates an official recognition of the center’s pivotal role in cultivating foreign-related legal talents. Moving forward, CIETAC Jiangsu will continue to amplify arbitration’s critical functionality in foreign-related legal services while supporting Jiangsu's efforts to build a world-class business environment characterized by market orientation, rule-of-law governance, and international standards. Furthermore, CIETAC Jiangsu will continue using its arbitration expertise to advance the Yangtze River Delta’s high-quality and integrated development.
