On April 24, 2025, Zhang Lei, the Deputy Director of the Lawyers' Affairs Office of Jinan Bureau of Justice, led a delegation to visit CIETAC Shandong Sub-Commission. Zhou Yueyi, the assistant of the Secretary-General of CIETAC Shandong Sub-Commission, received them and held a discussion.

Zhou Yueyi introduced the development of CIETAC in recent years in aspects such as case administration, building an international arbitration team, the revision and innovation of arbitration rules, the construction of a diversified dispute resolution mechanism, international exchanges and cooperation, and the cultivation of foreign-related legal talents. She also specifically introduced the general situation of CIETAC Shandong Sub-Commission's work in handling foreign-related cases in recent years. 

Zhang Lei stated that CIETAC and its sub-commissions play an important role in advancing foreign-related rule of law, cultivating legal professionals, providinghigh-quality legal services, and the innovating  international dispute resolution mechanism. He looks forward to carrying out in-depth cooperation with CIETAC Shandong Sub-Commission in fields such as the cultivation of foreign-related legal service talents and the guidance of international commercial arbitration, so as to jointly promote the refined development of Jinan's foreign-related legal services. During the discussion, both sides fully exchange views related to the construction of Jinan's foreign-related legal service system.
