On December 23, the "Legal Culture and China's Foreign-related Legal System Construction Forum" and the 2023 Annual Meeting of International Law Research Institute of Fujian Law Academy, hosted by International Law Research Institute of Fujian Law Academy and organized by Intellectual Property Rights Department of Quanzhou Normal University, was held in Quanzhou Normal University. Chen Zhaohui, Secretary-General of CIETAC Fujian Sub-commission and Deputy Secretary-General of the Arbitration Center Across the Straits, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered the keynote speech on "Exploring New Arbitration Practices to Promote Overall Development of Domestic and Foreign Arbitration".

Secretary-General Chen Zhaohui focused on three topics of "The Latest Development of International Commercial Arbitration", "Discourse Power for Formulation of Rules in International Commercial Arbitration", and "China’s Practice in Foreign-related Commercial Arbitration", and interpreted the basic principles of arbitration and arbitration rules of CIETAC and the Arbitration Center Across the Straits.
