On November 29, Jiang Hongmei, Deputy Secretary General of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Silk Road Arbitration Center ("CIETAC Silk Road Center"), and her delegation were invited to participate in the "Seminar on Guidance for Enterprises Responding to Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes". The seminar was co-organized by the Offices of the "Three Centers" of Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Justice, Xi'an Intellectual Property Protection Center, Shanxi Foreign-related Intellectual Property Rights Protection Assistance Xi'an Center, and the Xi'an Administration for Market Regulation International Trade and Logistic Park and Chanba Branch, and was held in the "Belt and Road" Demonstration Zone for International Commercial Legal Service ("BRDZ-ILCS)". Feng Chao, Member of the CPC Committee and Deputy Director of Xi'an Administration for Market Regulation, addressed the meeting. Li Quan, Director of Xi'an Intellectual Property Protection Center, presided over the meeting.
Deputy Secretary General Jiang Hongmei briefed on the work of the cooperation between CIETAC Silk Road Center and intellectual property protection institutions inside and outside the province in recent years to jointly promote the diversified dispute resolution mechanism under the "Belt and Road" framework, as well as the innovative achievements of the "integrated resolution" cases. She stated that she will take serving intellectual property protection as the goal, focusing on the development trend and needs of diversified dispute resolution mechanisms for intellectual property rights, actively participate in the joint construction of Xi'an intellectual property protection system, and comprehensively improve the level of collaborative protection of intellectual property rights in the region.

The guests at the meeting exchanged views on the current situation and new issues of foreign-related intellectual property, as well as the overseas intellectual property legal risk prevention and dispute response.
