Mr. Yu Jianlong, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of CIETAC received the visit by Mr. Hiroshige Nakagawa, the new Chief Representative of Anderson Mori & Tomotsune Beijing Office and Mr. Zhao Xiaoling, the attorney at law in the same law firm on February 25, 2008.

Anderson Mori & Tomotsune is the third largest law firm in Japan, which bears long term friendship with CIETAC. Mr. Tsuyoshi Nagahama and Mr. Akira Kawamura, both senior lawyers of Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, are arbitrators on the current CIETAC Panel. Mr. Akira Kawamura is also the Secretary-General of International Bar Association (IBA).

During the meeting, Mr. Yu Jianlong expressed his thanks for the support by Anderson Mori & Tomotsune along these years and briefed the guests about the recent development of CIETAC, while Mr. Hiroshige Nakagawa introduced the Chinese business of his law firm. The two parties agreed to further strengthen their cooperation in the field of international arbitration and to promote the exchange of ideas between Chinese and Japanese legal professionals in the future.
